Hello Friends, Today I will share the recipe of a very popular Gujarati dish. It is very light, spongy, steamed, juicy and healthy food made by fermenting gram flour with curd. It is a breakfast recipe, eaten mostly as snacks. It needs very convenient ingredients present almost all time in your kitchen. You can either steam it in the cooker or bake it in a microwave also. It is similar to the cake so some ingredients with are same as the cake. While the traditional khaman dhokla is left for fermentation for 4-5 hours, but I am sharing a quick recipe for it. 🙂
